Wellbeing Workshops for Artists

YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOP

SUNDAY 18TH OCTOBER, 9-10AM

Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Antipodes Theatre Company is excited to partner with Danielle Joan Pollack as part of our series of Wellbeing Workshops for Artists.

Join us for a yoga and meditation workshop set to ground and inspire, led by Danielle Joan Pollock from Radiant Sol Yoga in Melbourne. This workshop will guide you through a slow vinyasa flow, and long, juicy stretches with breath and meditation exercises that'll dig deep to find the calm in amongst all the chaos that we have endured throughout this pandemic. Open to all levels - whether you've done yoga for years or can't even think about touching your toes, we've got you covered! Prenatal students welcome too! All online, safe and sound at home, so roll out your yoga mat or grab a towel, clear some space in the lounge or even at the park and join us to take a moment to breathe together.

Working in the busy advertising industry, Danielle Joan Pollack always looked to yoga and meditation practices to balance her days. Her love for yoga eventually took over, and Danielle now owns and runs Radiant Sol Yoga based in sunny Port Melbourne.
