You collect all this material and at a certain moment passages start speaking with other passages, ... A conversation that goes along with individual source material just takes off, and things start ricocheting and having surprising connections or counterbalances. You’re always looking for yin and yang so the drama thrives on contrasts and contradictions.

Do you have an unproduced script?

We want to read it!

Antipodes Theatre Company is committed to supporting new work through our Ricochet Reading Series, workshops, and other development opportunities. If you have an unproduced script that you’d like us to read, feel free to send it to submissions@antipodestheatre.com.

    *NOTE: Your script doesn’t necessarily need to be written to fit this criteria, but you confirm by submitting that you would be comfortable casting to fit this criteria

  • As author(s), you attest that:

    You are the sole owner of the work, all of which is wholly original (except to the extent that it contains material which is in the public domain or for which you have obtained or are not required to obtain permission to be used in the work), and has not been otherwise copied in whole or part from any other work;

    You have the full authority to grant production rights;

    Neither the work nor its use violates, conflicts with or infringes upon any copyright or rights of privacy or publicity, nor does it defame any person or entity.
