ARTIST RESIDENCIES
123A Thistlethwaite St, South Melbourne
These residencies will provide opportunities for creators of new work to explore, play, and experiment without boundaries. We will make our venue, Antipodes HQ in South Melbourne, available for one- or two-week residencies throughout the year.
Initial 2026 Artist Residencies will be chosen from our Winter Lab submissions (open from Jan 12-Feb 22) and future residencies will be chosen through an open submission process. More information available here.
All residencies will culminate in a presentation of material as it currently exists (up to one hour in length), which will be attended by Antipodes Artistic Director Brandon Pape, New Work Manager Cameron Steens and members of the Antipodes Committee of Management. Artists are also welcome to invite people to attend these showings.
